Well I am not sure why they changed what I summitted but the fact of the matter I wrote that I called a third time and listened in on a police scanner and the officer that they refuse to say who it was said " I am not responding until you give me more information about the complaintent" and the 911 operator said "it is Giovanni Spataro" and the officer said "yah thats who I figured it was I am not responding"

If the police officer truely has a problem with me complaining he should make himself available for a nice boxing match
