Sanitary thanks
I am a huge fan of Fox's Gordon Ramsay and I must say he scares the hell out of me. With his hit show, Kitchen Nightmares, he exposes some of the worst restaurants known to man with filthy equipment, infestations and rotten food being served daily to customers.

In this regard, Yorkers should give a sigh of relief knowing that this city's Department of Health and its inspectors are continually on the prowl for problem restaurants. Their findings are published in the newspaper until they meet code requirements and are again published with their passing grades. A hearty well done! And thank you to the restaurant owners who maintain strict sanitation regimens to protect the consuming public.
