Gov. Rendell said that he wouldn’t be a good running mate for the presidential ticket because “If I’m asked a question, I answer it AND I tell the truth. That probably isn’t a good idea for someone who is number 2 on the ticket.” So, Mr. Gov, are you saying that only liars make good running mates for the Democratic Presidential ticket? Actually, when you think about it, you would fit right in with your hero, Hillary. Therefore, should Hillary win the nomination, you have come up with a perfect slogan for picking her running mate: “Truth tellers need not apply. Liars only allowed on this ticket.” I bet the Clintons are proud of you today.
