Call to prayer
This letter is a call to prayer for America. It worked for George Washington, it worked for Benjamin Franklin and it worked for Abraham Lincoln, and it will save America. A quote from the Holy Scriptures from II Chronicles Chapter 7 verse 14 is, "and My People who are called by My name humble themselves and pray, and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
The people of God have within them the power to turn around the moral decline of our country before it is too late. This is a critical presidential election year. Open your eyes and see what is happening. We must ask ourselves these questions...What is the definition of marriage; Will pro-faith and pro-family issues have a voice in the up-coming election; Who will control the Supreme Court; and what about the unborn; Can the moral decay be stopped? We must not see business as usual. It is time to arise church, repent, humble ourselves and pray. We must- as generations before us-turn to God in prayer for the generations ahead of us. Let us Pray!

Thanks to a good Bible-believing Dover citizen for this wake-up call. I, on the other hand, see these "opiate of the people" folks as the problem, not the solution. Religion is the root of much suffering and death in history, and I reject it.
Sorry honey. Eight years of a born again president is plenty. It's time to move away from the endless culture wars & get a president who competently deals with issues of war and peace, the economy and the environment. I couldn't care less what he does on Sunday.
rAmen, dryfly.
How's this for a curious supplication?
"God save the United States and this Honorable Court!"
