Counter-productive behavior

Perhaps there IS something in the city water, because the York City School Board seems to have caught whatever plagued the City Council for years, bickering.

How sad and embarrassing this is. Individuals with low self-esteem and who are on the defensive or with a massive chip on their shoulder should not be on an administrative board. It is counter-productive. Our children need all the support and help they can get. They do not need their educationalists acting selfishly and unruly.
