Bush strikes out

General Petraeus has far more success talking to enemies than does President Bush talking to friends. The president made a trip to Ryadh, Saudi Arabia recently to ask his good friend King Abdullah to increase oil production so as to bring the world price down. Mr. Bush was warmly received by his long time family friends, but was flatly rejected on his plea for greater production. So much for Bush’s friendship.
