Barack and Jesus
The media have mistakenly compared Barack Obama to Jesus Christ, revealing our national disgraceful ignorance of the Bible.

If the media are interested in Biblical comparisons, they should compare Sarah Palin's life with that of the beauty pageant winner named Esther. Or compare Hillary Clinton and her attitudes with the princess, queen, and first lady Jezebel. For readers unfamiliar with the Bible, Esther has a book named for her in the Old Testament. Jezebel's life and times may be found in 1st Kings 16, 18, 19, and 21.
The real tragedy here is our country's neglect of the greatest book ever written, and our abysmal ignorance of Jesus Christ. Not just our churches, temples and synagogues should bear the shame, but our so-called educational institutions should also be embarrassed at this failure. No education should ever be considered complete without a thorough working knowledge of the Scriptures. Nor is there any excuse for our ignorance of Jesus Christ, the most significant Man ever. We should all be working at developing Jesus' characteristics, not just Barack Obama.

Why? Because theocracy is working so well in the Middle East?
May I remind you of the 1st Amendment of the constitution:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; ..."
So you want religion taught in school? Fine, but make sure that you teach EVERY religion, including, but not limited to:
- Hinduism
- Buddhism
- Islam
