Invest in clean energy solutions
A recent report found that investing money in clean energy solutions to global warming could net more than 86,300 jobs in Pennsylvania alone and would put Pennsylvania on track to reducing our contributions to global warming.

This report calls for clean energy advancements such as wind and solar power and improving energy efficiency in buildings to name a few. These projects across Pennsylvania would lower the unemployment rate, create jobs in manufacturing and construction, and create four times the amount of jobs than would investing the same amount of money into the oil industry.
This plan needs to be enacted in order to drastically slow the effects of global warming from Pennsylvanians and companies within Pennsylvania's borders. We call on Congressman Platts and Senators Casey and Specter to take a leadership role in advancing these clean energy solutions through Congress.
