Remember Cold War

| | Comments (0)

If there's a silver lining to the economic mess we're now in (as presided over by Bushco) it is this: the U. S. cannot afford another costly, senseless and useless war like the current fiasco in Iraq (as presided over by Bushco). Trillions more in additional debt would be left to be paid by our children and grandchildren in an economy already on its knees.

This brings to mind Sarah Palin's response of, "I presume so," when she was asked if the U. S. may have to go to war with Russia. Hasn't this woman heard of the Cold War? She's scary. No, she's terrifying as only a heartbeat away from possibly replacing a president already in his seventies. Even Dan Quayle would be a far better choice for VP.
