Heartfelt sympathy to parents

This letter is in reference to the little boy hit on Halloween in Mount Wolf. I am a resident of Mount Wolf and have teenage son. Also I am a neighbor of the boy's parents and had seen him many times and my heart goes out to the parents.

I am angry though because this should never had happened. For many years we as parents have tried to have a safe place for our children to go but the borough council does nothing but run them from the parks and isolated areas that are safe ground for these kids. Something needs done so this tragedy does not occur again. Maybe NOW the borough will try to fix this problem.
