This is just what they needed. Get a little bloody in the early rounds and you'll wake right up. It just wouldn't be fun to watch the Birds if you had hope that they would actually win.
What do you expect? Philadelphia sports teams were born to break hearts.
Hey, you are not alone...most people (minus myself) thought that the Eagles would win. But with a stronger Atlanta D and a more prolific passing Vick, watch out for the "dirty birds!" By the way, Trotter did not initiate the fight nor did he throw a punch. Trotter should have played in that game; he was missed.
