Who knew that toys made by what is essentially slave labor in a country that has lax or non-existent environmental and worker safety laws could be unsafe?
Who sold those Chinese toys? It was MATTEL. It was their responsibility and their fault. When does MATTEL offer refunds to the consumers? Should they be penalized, and why not?
