That's the video of a woman who died in the waiting room at an emergency psych ward at a Brooklyn hospital while the staff ignored her.
This morning, watching the news, the crawl reported that the hospital was planning "significant reforms" to prevent such things in the future.
You need "significant reforms" to instruct hospital workers not to ignore people dying on the floor?
