That's all I have to say. What a week.
Watching Barack Obama take the oath of office was just simply amazing. It was not that long ago that African-Americans couldn't eat in certain restaurants in Washington. Now, an African-American is living in the White House.
No matter what your political beliefs, you have to take enormous pride that a nation that still bears the emotional scars of the original sin of slavery could come this far.
And that Obama, a man who comes from a humble background, was able to achieve what he has is a remarkable statement about the possibilities of America.
Watching Tuesday, I couldn't help but think, "This is why my grandparents came to this country. This would not be possible in any other country in the world."
