Here's a news story from Sweden you may have missed. (It's so difficult to keep up with news in Sweden.)
The newspaper The Local in Sweden reported that a nurse in an elder care home in Norrbotten in northern Sweden had petted a dog and visited a patient wearing synthetic trousers and then cleaned her hands with an alcohol-based sanitizer and then touched a metal cart which caused a spark of static electricity to ignite the residual alcohol on her hands.
