Utz called if off, citing paperwork required by the Federal Trade Commission.
It sounds kind of fishy. There's probably more to it. Stay tuned.

Mike i am a employee of Utz and what you said is what i thought the day they posted the letter saying no merger. Please keep me informed on anything you hear. When i said that at work "sounds kind of fishy" just got weird and mean looks like i was crazy. I also feel something is not right with this. I was told we were a strong company and will be fine in the future. Well thanks for the time and any info will be greatly appreicated.
