Apparently, it is illegal to write "I suck" in the grime on a state Fish and Boat Commission truck.
The Associated Press reported that a western Pennsylvania man has been fined $50 for using his finger to write the derogatory words on the dirty cab of the truck, driven by a commission officer who had had a previous run-in with the 33-year-old suspect, Charles J. Vranich.
It could have been worse. But still, this sounds like a free speech case to me.
