Once again, Roman Polanski's 32-year-old rape case is heading to court, this time a hearing on his appeal to dismiss the case.
Look, the evidence is pretty clear that the guy drugged and raped a child.
His victim, the now-adult daughter of prominent York attorney Jack Gailey and actress Susan Gailey, has said she doesn't want the case pursued and that Polanski, living in exile in France for the past three decades, has suffered enough.
I don't know. Living in a chalet in France seems to be a lot more comfortable that occupying a cell in San Quentin.
