Intown Motors takes a lot of abuse for its towing practices, which a lot of people believe are predatory. Towing away cars that are, in fact, legally parked and still requiring car owners to pony up huge fees will do that.
But now, the company is doing something smart. Its Cars and Bars program will let bar patrons can for a tow and be delivered home with their cars, safely.

Still, I can't help but think of the story I told some time ago about a guy who had had too much to drink and left his car in the parking lot of a city bar, with permission of the bar management. His car was towed and he he had to pay a huge sum of money to get it back.
Maybe Intown can make the program retroactive.
