George McInnis teaches jiu-jitsu at Gold's Gym North, 2340 N. George St., Manchester Township. The gym can be reached at 846-4700.
For boxing, go to Lincolnway Sportcenter, 2601 W. Market St., West York, where Julio Alvarez is the head trainer/owner. Phone number is 792-5425.
Also, martial artist and former WWF wrestler Steve Blackman has an MMA school in Harrisburg at 2200 Paxton St. Go to his Web site here or call him at 233-2399 or 919-2015.
There is also www.lfmac.com in Lancaster that offers BJJ classes as well as hapkido and Israeli martial arts. In Harrisburg there is the Garage BJJ group (www.thegaragebjj.com). Both these schools are great places to train--good people/good attitudes/good grapplers and strikers.
