Anybody catch Rio Heroes' live event last night? I tried to watch as much as I could at work (don't know if I should be admitting that, although I do have this blog, so ...) and read on Sherdog.com there was some sick fighting going on inside the cage. Drop me a message if you watched it. Thanks.
