Frank Mir won the UFC heavyweight title from Tim Sylvia when he caught the 6'8" monster in an arm bar from his back. With Sylvia refusing to tap, you could see a bone in the champ's forearm snap beneath the skin. The ref then stopped the bout and Mir was awarded the title.

On Saturday, we'll see if Mir can do the same to Brock Lesnar, or if Lesnar will prevail. Sylvia will go up against a fighter for the interim heavyweight title who is probably better than Mir in BJJ -- Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira.
