Potent The Movie, an MMA documentary, is now out on DVD. It features some of the sport's most successful and charismatic fighters, including Bas Rutten, Dan Henderson, Frank Shamrock and Josh Barnett.
From the clips I've seen, the movie looks pretty good - a fair, honest look at MMA. Hell, anything with Bas Rutten (former King of Pancrase and UFC Heavyweight Champion) is worth it. The guy's funny and overflowing with knowledge. His hand speed is still amazing, as he's throwing punches in the clips.
