Somebody at askthetrainer.com sent me a comment about a post I put up a while back. I think it might be this guy,

The name Mike Behnken came up when I copied it ...
Anyway, the post was about Jeff Monson, where he's quoted on sherdog.com saying, "If it were up to me everything (steriods) would be legal." So, I made a joke out of it, saying, somehting like, guess who's gonna have to pee in a cup next time they fight?
Well, the dude at askthetrainer replied, "A dude that scary looking doesn't need to take steroids."
Well - and i"m not saying this directly about Monson - but isn't it possible that someone that scary-looking looks that way BECAUSE they've done steroids?
Sure, it's possible if you are genetically gifted, and Monson may be, but off the top of my head, I can name for you a bunch of other scary-looking fighters who have been busted for steroids - Phil Baroni, Kevin Randleman, Sean Sherk, Tim Sylvia and Josh Barnett. And Mark Kerr admitted to it in The Smashing Machine documentary.
It's an issue we can't just bury our heads in the sand over. Look at professional bodybuilding. It's the 900-pound gorilla in the room. I guarantee you, if the IFBB really clamped down on steroids, there's be no one left to compete. States regulate drug testing before fights, but it seems they test some of the fighters and not all of the fighters. How is the testing fair if you don't test everyone? It's a pretty black-and-white issue. Either it's legal, or it's not. If it's legal, OK. If it's not, then you cheated, and you should face the consequences.
Anyway, Mike, thanks for the post. It's just a little thing around here I like to call customer
service. I'm at the point with this thing that I can answer every post someone leaves here, so that's what I'm gonna do. Peace.
