Here's the first installment of Arlovski's 360 documentary series as he prepares for his fight in january with WAMMA heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko. According to mmaweekly, "The show debuts Dec. 19 on Arlovski's new website, www.arlovski.com, and runs for seven weeks. New episodes will air every Friday, and will be distributed to video websites like YouTube the following day.
Arlovski is currently in Los Angeles training with famed boxing coach Freddie Roach.
