Former UFC heavyweight champ Frank Mir is featured on the cover of the latest issue of Muscle & Fitness. The story, titled "Frank Being Frank" by Jon Finkel, talks about Mir's bid at on Dec. 27 at UFC 92 to regain the championship in a fight against interim heavyuweight champ Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira. "Along with his usual barrage of strikes and kicks, Mir could also deliver a few one-liners," the blurb on M&F's Web site reads.
