Penn State wrestler Aaron Anspach leads wrestling clinic

| | Comments (0)

I had the pleasure today of meeting Aaron Anspach, Penn State All-American heavyweight wrestler and now assistant coach for the Nittany Lions.

Aaron, who went to high school in Columbia, was in town to conduct a wrestling clinic at Central High School for elementary-age wrestlers. He was a great guy, knew how to relate to the kids and gave an inspiring speech at the end. Not to mention he's freakin' huge.

He's also a big fan of MMA and a one-time team member at LionHeart Fighters. So, up above, is Aaron's one and only MMA fight - a dominating performace with tons of thunderous take-downs and some pretty good striking too.
