This apparently was taken at the Arnold Classic, the governator’s annual Columbus, Ohio sports and fitness extravaganza. I went there two years in a row some years back, when they only had a couple MMA fighters around. Now, it looks like we’re taking over. Nice.

My name is Ted Czech, and I've worked in York, Pa. for eight years as a police reporter. I've been a fan of MMA since UFC 1 -- seriously -- and I've dabbled in a few styles like karate, kung-fu, taijutsu and submission wrestling.
