I found this while visiting Brad Court's Paramount Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Web site, and it's definitely something we've seen a lot of lately.
One guy who definitely does not run a McDojo is Court, who is a black belt under Lloyd Irvin, has been studying BJJ for more than a decade and has competed in some of the most prestigious BJJ tournaments in the world. His academy is located at the United Sports Training Center in Downingtown, PA. Here's a video of Brad, winning a match by triangle:
