Training/Instruction Sessions
Sunday March 22nd from 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Monday March 23rd from 11:30am to 1:00pm
Private Lessons are available before or after group instruction
Cost is FREE to current LionHeart Fitness members and $10/person per session for non-members
