This week's The First Round

We've got a new feature this week, called "Technique of the Week." It's an idea Tom came up with where he visits MMA academies in the area and has them show us - you guessed it - techniques. By the way, we're doing this to show off all of the talent in our little corner of the MMA world, but we don't want you to try any of this at home.
