Tom and I talk Strikeforce (I know, it already happened) and tonight's TUF 9 finale, then there's the local scene and we do our new segment, Technique of the Week. I messed up when talking about the Diego Sanchez-Clay Guida fight. Diego won his first fight in the lightweight division, a unanimous decision over Joe Stevenson at UFC 95.
