UFC. Along with Spike TV, they presented a list of 181 UFC fights from
which to choose. Absent from that long list was the Frank Shamrock-
Tito Ortiz fight at UFC 22, and any fights involving Frank Shamrock,
even though true historians and honest commentators of mixed martial
arts regarded Frank Shamrock as the top mixed martial arts fighter in
the world in the decade of the 1990s.
To set the record straight, and to counter the propaganda of those who
want to keep their fans ignorant, simple-minded, and obedient, we
spoke at length with Frank Shamrock about this fight itself, why it
was so important and significant, and how it was received before the
present bunch bought UFC. We also discussed the possibility of a long-
awaited rematch between Frank Shamrock and Tito Ortiz.
