Effective immediately, LionHeart Fitness is pleased to announce our professional association with Titan Fitness, who will, immediately, provide all MMA related programs and instruction. The addition of Titan Fitness, and its vastly experienced instructors, guarantees an even higher quality of instruction and an enhanced learning process for our MMA participants. Paul Zelinka and Bruce Lombard were, in fact, instructors to Ryan Gruhn before CPMMA evolved.

Also, your membership dues may, quite possibly, become less expensive due to the economies that can be experienced by the association of LionHeart and Titan Fitness. All presently scheduled MMA classes will proceed as scheduled without change or interruption with the exception of the instructors and the instructors’ assistants.

Central PA Mixed Martial Arts was the only good thing Lionheart had going for it.
If you want to train with GRANDPA, go ahead and sign up. It will be a waste of your time and money.
The only reason LIONHEART made the switch was to further line their pockets with cash. They have no interest in creating fighters.
I highly recommend you search at an alternative for training in Central PA.
What Lionheart won’t tell you is they have no desire to provide you with top notch instruction.
If you want to be disrepected and line the pockets of the owners go ahead… that’s the only reason they made the switch. On multiple occasions they’ve demonstrated ignorance about MMA and made comments that made me feel uncomfortable about my safety.
You’d be better off searching out an alternative source for instruction.
