“RAM” stands for Renaissance Academy of Martial Arts, which offers tradtional martial arts, as well as a fight team, which is led by Gracie Jiu-Jitsu black belt Jamie Ridgeway, and has several fighters on the EFC 7 card in Virginia Beach on Sept. 10.

My name is Ted Czech, and I've worked in York, Pa. for eight years as a police reporter. I've been a fan of MMA since UFC 1 -- seriously -- and I've dabbled in a few styles like karate, kung-fu, taijutsu and submission wrestling.
