Ryan, promoter of PA-based Xtreme Caged Combat, was on hand as British actor Jason Statham filmed scenes for his new movie, “Safe.” Ryan wrote, “Pic of me and Jason Statham during the filming of the movie “Safe” in Philadelphia. I’m in my cornerman outfit for the cagefighting scene but they decided not to use any extras for that scene when it came time to shoot. Me, another cornerman, the ref and the ring girl all lost our roles after the director thought our characters would clutter the scene (Very brief scene). Oh well, maybe next time.”
