Something interesting, on several fronts: UFC is opening another gym, where, as far as I understand, it’s not so much for fighters, but more for fans to immerse themselves in fighter-like training (without the punches to the face, etc.). Also, BJ Penn will open the first fighter-owned UFC Gym in Hawaii, which is a smart idea. Third, there is a concern among many that Chuck Liddell may be somewhat punch-drunk, and if that’s true, I really hope he’s getting all the help he needs.

My name is Ted Czech, and I've worked in York, Pa. for eight years as a police reporter. I've been a fan of MMA since UFC 1 -- seriously -- and I've dabbled in a few styles like karate, kung-fu, taijutsu and submission wrestling.
