Gracie wants a re-match with Duane “The Storm” Bastress and said he could have continued the fight. Like I said in a previous post, the cut was close to the optic nerve and that more damage could have resulted in permanent damage, said Nick Lembo of the NJ State Athletic Control Board.
Who knows, maybe Bellator will sign the fight — after Bastress’ fight with Joey Kirwan at Bellator 59 on Nov. 26.
