The Ultimate Fighter 14 contestant Dustin “The Disciple” Pague opened an academy in Dulles, Va., called Disciple MMA Academy. Looks like Dustin and co. had a great turn-out for their grand opening this Saturday. The academy features everything for your MMA game: boxing, wrestling, BJJ (gi and no-gi), Muay Thai, fitness and open mat. Check out their website here.
For those of you who don’t know, Dustin grew up in Harrisburg, Pa., and began training under Steve Blackman at Blackman MMA, amassing a 10-4 record before making it on the show. Prior to that, he moved down to Virginia. Dustin’s one of the reasons I’ve been following the show so closely this year. So far, he’s doen great — he won his fight to get into the house, and this week, Pague takes on TJ Dillashaw in a bantamweight semi-final fight.
