From Chad Strawbridge, head coach at Team Total Domination in Red Lion: “We would like to officially announce Tom Fleming as TTD’s BJJ coach. Tommy’s been training in BJJ for about 8 years, and earned his purple belt under George McGinnis at York Mixed Martial Arts Academy. Tommy not only will be helping out with TTD’s MMA program but he also will be starting his own BJJ program at our location for gi and no-gi. Tommy will also be running a children’s class built around “bullyproofing”. The class will show the kids how to defend themselves against bullies while building a strong Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu foundation.
