Strikeforce: Shane Del Rosario subs Lavar Johnson

Great performance by Del Rosario. He weathered Johnson’s heavy hands, dished out some of his own, then totally dominated on the ground and got the armbar. That puts Del Rosario at 11-0 and definitely in the Strikeforce heavyweight title picture.
