These are Sam's first-ever school pictures! OK, it's preschool, but "school" is still in the name.

Today, I did yet another thing I never expected to do before I became a parent.
I deliberately tied a paper towel around a sippy cup featuring Disney princesses.
Why? Because Sam wanted the cup to have a cape so it could be a superhero and fly around the kitchen.
The cup's superhero stint didn't last long. Apparently, it's tough to save stuffed animals from the jaws of The Evil Puppy Mojo when you don't have any appendages to use to pick them up.
