Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a great new way to take your fitness to a new level. It will challenge you in so many ways. Running, moving sideways, stretching, and change of direction.  You can burn more calories than if you were to play a singles or doubles match because of the constant movement.  During class you will get short cycles of high intensity workout and periods of rest, givng you interval training.  Interval training is one of the best ways to burn more caleries and get in shape.  The main focus is you will get a great workout.
