Hawk, a graduating senior from York Suburban High School, received a $10,000 John D. Bare Memorial scholarship in honor of McAnall and Carbaugh’s father, who was one of the founders of 98.5 The Peak and WHVR 1280. Hawk will attend New York University in the fall.
