1. Current health or fitness goal? I’d like to lose about 15 to 20 pounds, but my ultimate goal is to remain heart healthy and not have to rely on medication(s) as I age.
2. Favorite place to sweat? I work out at New York Fitness on Route 72 in Lebanon OR the best place ever…a local park or hiking trail.
3. A tip for eating well? Eat what you enjoy, just eat correct portions.
5. Top 3 songs on your workout playlists? I listen to anything by Meatloaf (“Bat Out of Hell”). I also LOVE Celtic music, so bagpipes and fiddles are mood enhancing for me. 🙂
