No Sweat, York, will feature free classes with York Jewish Community Center instructors Tuesday nights in August
In August, we’ll offer No Sweat in the Park participants a sampling of what the York Jewish Community Center’s Fitness Center has to offer.
The No Sweat, York, folks guided more than a dozen teams through a short obstacle course that included racing across the lawn on newspapers, jumping through hula hoops, crab-walking while balancing an orange and blowing up more than a dozen balloons.
Denise Hart of the Pilates Center of York will teach classes from 6 to 7 p.m. every Tuesday in May, starting May 6, in the grassy area behind the York Daily Record/Sunday News in West Manchester Township.
