I self-identify as a pasta connoisseur, and I say this is the best lasagna I’ve ever had. I make this recipe about every other week, it’s that good. The best part? It’s low carb, using zucchini as noodles. Don’t like zucchini? Try it anyway, it’s so good you don’t even have to like vegetables to enjoy it.
