Nastia Liukin and Shawn Johnson took the gold and silver medal last night, but in the opposite order most of the analysts expected.
Liukin won gold, realizing the dream she and her father had hoped for since she was a little girl and following in his Olympic-gold-medal footsteps, and Johnson took the silver.
It was nice to get two victories after losing to China with its suspected underage performers in the team finals.
