Gratuitous post on hot movie stars
OK, I'm not bitter at ALL that I've gotten more comments on the topic of "hot older guys" than I ever have on anything York County-related. Really. :P
But, who am I to knock such a popular subject?
Here, by popular vote, are the responses I got when I asked who besides Harrison Ford, George Clooney and Bruce Willis counted as a "hot older guy."
First, let's be clear. We have some guidelines here, people! To be a "hot older guy," said gentleman must have been born in or before 1965. Hubby, you don't qualify. But I love you anyway.
Now, with that aside.
My sister Carol wants me to remember Pierce Brosnan. She also thinks Richard Gere and Charlie Sheen should be counted. Not sure how many votes she thinks she gets!
I mentioned Johnny Depp. (Sister Carol says he doesn't count - that he's still "wet behind the ears!" I beg her to consider the 1965 cutoff.)
Tina says Robert Downey Jr. (who just makes the 1965 cutoff).
Marie Elena says Brad Pitt, circa "Troy." The fact that he is old enough to be an "older" hot guy is somewhat disturbing to me.
And Bonnie says: "Ladies, ladies, please don't overlook the guys who are too sexy for their shirts, like Matthew McConaughey. What a hottie! What a body!"
Boy, I hope that's it. I'm going to get in trouble if I don't blog on-topic more! :)
