A random fact about Joan
I love office supplies. In a way that most people (::coughHubbycough::) might consider unhealthy.
This weekend, I bought new Sharpie pens, a new set of thick black Sharpies, AND new scissors. Here they are, hanging in my neat cubicle utensil-holder.

Hi Joan:
New scissors are the best! What a difference they make (especially if you sew or clip coupons.)Ever notice how scissors are one of those things people keep way too long and refuse to throw out? They aren't even that expensive. What's with that?

When I worked at the Lancaster newspaper, the supply closet wasn't a closet at all, it was a mini Staples full of colorful Post-Its, neato pens and other fun office supplies.
